Zoë & Oli at Foxtail Barns

I love a wedding on the run up to Chrizzo and when your surname is Merry, it’s basically the law that you marry during the yuleiest of times…

Our couple wanted to marry somewhere that felt connected to the outdoors and nestled as it is amongst the most incredible landscaped grounds of the Tawny Hotel, at Foxtail Barns you get it all : The full package, the ultimate picnic, the whole enchilada, the complete set of spoons…

You get the idea. I’ve generally skipped about there in the summer and autumn months, so it was rather lovely to get all cosy, sparkly and wintry. Zoë and Oli threw the best of parties with stationary, table settings, signs and all that wedding wotnottery DIY’d with their talented friends and (due deference to Oli who wore the nicest of suits and also looked very pretty) bloody hell, that dress on our Zoë was just …chef’s kiss. Oh and also there was a special ‘cold’ moon. Win!

As per, I’m blogging as soon after the wedding as possible so I’m a bit fried. It’s why these ridiculous wordy bits are such a pile of utter nonsense, Sorry about that. To make up for it, here’s a bunch of pics from the day. Monday wedding FTW :)
